Wedding transportation tips and ideas

When you think of your upcoming wedding, how would you like to get there? There are so many choices out there when it comes to wedding transportation options. First off, you might better define the style of your wedding, the location where the ceremony will take place, the season in which you’re celebrating and how big your dress will be.

If you’re in a country-chic mood with an open-air celebration in a green field, an old Volkswagen Westfalia mini-van or on a vintage Ape calessino from the Sixties would be great and a tandem bike would look even better if your dress is not too big and you’re more of a nature lover.

Funny and cool options on two wheels can be a vintage Vespa, or a sidecar. Both bikers? Get your Harley Davidson out of your garage and start riding to the aisle! If you’re getting married on the sea shore or near a lake, getting there by boat could be a sweet idea. Brave couples who choose locations on the mountains for their wedding can fly with private helicopters, get there skiing or float gracefully inside an air balloon.

If you’re getting married downtown, cars can be your friends in the many elegant models from Rolls-Royce, Bentley or Jaguar. Vintage spiders are lovely too, as well as a pretty Volkswagen Beetle. If you’re getting married during spring or summer, go for cabriolet options! And if you’re more in a princess mood and willing to give all in for your day of love, dream big and get inspired by fairy tales: opt for a carriage with white horses!
